Orgainser Andrew Clements, with Michael Kennedy, wanted to bring together great cars and give back to the community.
Over the years the event has grown, and according to part-organiser Mr Clements, there has been a “very positive reception”.
Every year money is raised on the day for different charities and groups, this year the Crookwell Wellness Centre housed at the Crookwell District Hospital was chosen.
The money raised will go towards wheeled walking frames for patients.
With the support of the Crookwell Car Club, which formed almost a year ago and now has almost 60 members, cars and motorcycles or all colours and ages will cruise together across the Shire.
“It brings people in the town together and helps a local charity. It’s an event in Crookwell different to everything else,” he said.
The cruise will leave Crookwell Swimming Pool Park at 10am and will travel through Crookwell, Gunning, Goulburn, Taralga, Laggan and back to Crookwell.
The convoy will reach Gunning’s main street around 10.45am and Gunning residents are welcome to take part in the rest of the run.
Goulburn residents are invited to join the group at the Gordon Hotel where participants will stop for lunch.
Attendees can join and drop out whenever they like.
Club photographer, Dennis Kelleher and wife Lynn, will take photos of displays and vehicles participating.
