The Crookwell Administration Office provides a range of state government services, including motor vehicle licences and registration, driver testing, and applications for Seniors Cards and birth, death and marriage certificates.
Service NSW undertook the “Health Check” audit to ensure the council was meeting its obligations regarding the operation of the agency. These checks are regularly undertaken across the Service NSW network.
The report showed staff were delivering a high level of operator competency, customer service and compliance, by providing a good customer experience, ensuring the protection of personal information and documentation, and maintaining “excellent standards”.
In summary, the report stated: “This is of no great surprise as Crookwell is one of our consistently compliant agencies. The operators should be very pleased with their efforts.”
The report is a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication and professionalism of the council’s Crookwell customer service staff and reaffirms what many customers already know – that the service provided is exceptional.
On behalf of the council I would like to thank Christine Marks, Kim Anderson, Stephanie Knight, Michelle Selmes and Sandy Arnall for delivering such a high standard of customer service to the community of Crookwell and surrounding districts.
The Crookwell Administration Office is located at 44 Spring Street, Crookwell and is open from 9am to 4pm (excluding public holidays).
