Club administrator and player, Nick Harrop, explained that it will hold a major celebration on the weekend of May 23.
The Saturday will feature all home games for the senior club sides, starting from the Under 13s, which will be viewed by a number of stalwarts and former players who have been invited to celebrate the weekend.
Once the matches have concluded, there will be a formal dinner held at the RSL. The event will feature a number of guest speakers, one of whom will be sent from football NSW and whose name Harrop did not reveal, while another of the speakers will be the Brisbane Roar's Scott Neville.
At the dinner, there will be a variety of memorabilia and photographs spanning the club's history for attendees to enjoy.
On the Sunday morning, the club will hold a barbecue breakfast at the soccer fields. This will be followed by a game between the Crookwell Old Boys and the Canberra Old Boys, which will see former players from both regions return to the field for a very gentle run.
The chance to celebrate such a significant milestone for the club was "a very big deal," Harrop said.
"There'd be plenty of clubs in Sydney that have been going for 50 years, but for a rural soccer club to continuously run for 50 years is pretty good,"
The Crookwell Soccer Club began in 1970, as an instrumental part of the fledgling Goulburn District Soccer Association.
Over the years, the association transformed into the Southern Tablelands Football Association, and Crookwell remained both as a club participating in the competition and through representatives on the committee.
When the club first began, Crookwell teams played on shire council and school playing fields. Now, 50 years later, the club has two senior fields, three junior fields, and is the most heavily populated sporting organisation in town.
The Crookwell Soccer Club invited anyone who has been involved with the club to attend the 50th anniversary celebration dinner on Saturday May 23 at the Crookwell Services Club, which is open only to those over the age of 18.
