It is the fourth year the public school has earned a place at the amateur variety concert.

Mr Jefferson works with primary school choirs to produce concerts and music festivals. He has been involved since 1994 with the NSW Department of Education arts unit.
Teacher Margi Hayes says she and the students worked with Jefferson to audition the ballad.
Year 5 and 6 students auditioned in April and had to wait months to hear the result.
"It's the fourth year in a row. It's pretty exciting," Ms Hayes said.
Many of the students are looking forward to the five-day tour to Sydney.
Meantime, there are six students returning from previous years' performances.
In coming months, the students will rehearse for the performance to premiere in November.
They will will perform up to 25 songs with the School Spectacular choir at the largest concert of its kind in New South Wales.
The theme for the 2019 Schools Spectacular is STARS. The performance will showcase stars including; 40 featured performers, a 100-piece symphony orchestra, stage band, 2700-voice choir, 2300 amazing dancers, the D'Arts Ensemble disability program, the Aboriginal Dance Company, puppets and a behind-the-scenes team.
In the true spirit of variety, the fast-paced show will transition through a colourful choreographed kaleidoscope of music from pop and hip hop to the classics, from a crescendo of massed voices to stunning solos, and a full spectrum of dance styles.
